Boat times and prices vary. Speed boats operate each day to Koh Yao Yai, Koh Yai Noi, Nopparat Thara Pier at regular intervals between 07.30am and 17.00pm and the journey costs.

Getting to Bang Rong Pier from Phuket Airport takes around 30 - 40 minutes. From Phuket town taxes about 40 - 50 minutes by private taxi. The small village close to Bang Rong pier consist of mainly Muslim residents, many of them make a living by fishing.
